Contact & business info: name, email, phone, studio/business name, website, role, location, and answers submitted in our forms/surveys.

Bookings & communications: appointment details, messages by email/SMS, call notes.

Usage & device data: basic technical info (IP, browser/device) and essential cookies needed to operate our site/funnels.

Payments: processed by PayPal. We receive payment confirmations/metadata, not full card/bank details.
